How can i help ease heartburn and braxton hicks during pregnancy?

Hiya. I’m due to give birth in six weeks, and i’ve just started to get heartburn quite badly. Is there honestly anything i can take for it that wont put the baby at risk? And also, whats the best way to ease braxton hicks? They came on a few days ago and don’t seem to be going anywhere fast! xx
